Welcome to Caring Connections Psychotherapy
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step - especially if it’s your first time considering therapy. I’m really glad you’re here.
At Caring Connections Psychotherapy, I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted just as you are. My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through genuine connection, trust, and collaboration. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I am an Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Massachusetts and Florida, and I provide telehealth services to individuals residing in these states. Telehealth allows us to connect from wherever you are within Massachusetts or Florida, offering flexibility and accessibility while maintaining a high standard of care.
I work with individuals who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and a more balanced, fulfilling way of living. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you—exploring your experiences, building on your strengths, and developing tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Starting therapy can bring up uncertainty, but it can also open the door to growth, healing, and meaningful change. My hope is that this space feels like a place where you can begin that process safely and with support.
How We Can Support You
You might be coming here because something doesn’t feel quite right—maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to make sense of what you’re experiencing. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Part of our work can simply be understanding what’s going on and finding a path forward.
With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating:
Anxiety & Depression
If you’re feeling constantly on edge, overthinking, emotionally drained, or struggling to find motivation or joy, you’re not alone. Together, we can explore what’s contributing to these feelings and develop tools to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and in control.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
OCD can sometimes feel confusing or misunderstood. You may be dealing with intrusive thoughts, repetitive behaviors, or patterns that feel hard to break. Whether you have a diagnosis or are wondering if OCD might be part of your experience, I can help you better understand what’s happening and work toward relief using evidence-based approaches.
I approach my work through a trauma-informed, affirming lens that prioritizes your sense of safety, autonomy, and trust throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where all parts of your identity are respected and valued, including providing LGBTQ+ affirming care where you can feel fully seen and supported. You don’t have to fully understand what you’re going through to begin—many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply ready for something to change. Together, we can help you gain clarity, deepen your self-understanding, and find meaningful relief in a way that feels compassionate, empowering, and sustainable.
If you’re considering taking the next step, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. This is a simple, no-pressure way for us to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
Billing & Insurance
I am an independently licensed behavioral health provider, authorized to offer safe, ethical, and confidential services in Massachusetts and Florida. I am not currently in network with any insurance plans. However, you may be able to use out-of-network benefits, which can help cover the cost of therapy. I can provide a Superbill, which includes the information you need to submit a claim to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
If you plan to use these benefits, ask your insurance provider these questions to better understand your coverage:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What percentage of the fee is reimbursed?
Is there a deductible I need to meet first?
How do I submit claims for reimbursement?
Our goal is to make therapy accessible to those who need it. If cost is a concern, I encourage you to reach out so we can explore options together.

“Brianna helped me navigate major life changes and develop healthier coping skills. She listens thoughtfully, helps identify patterns of behavior, and encourages meaningful growth and change. She is supportive, compassionate, and creates a safe, nonjudgmental space to process difficult situations.”
“Brianna exhibited a perfect balance of professionalism and approachability. I always felt comfortable coming to session as I was, whether that be ready to do deep work or just talk about what was on my mind that day. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I am grateful to have had her has a therapist!”
“I felt both incredibly validated while also appropriately challenged while working with Brianna. I never felt a need to come with an agenda, and all topics were welcome. Virtual therapy can risk feeling impersonal, but our sessions always felt like an individualized safe space, even during the hardest times. I would recommend her highly!”
“Brianna is a really great person and provider. I had tried for years to find a therapist that I meshed with and doubted if I would ever find the right person. I was very grateful to find Brianna because I feel like she listens and understands me. She is non-judgmental, and is always curious to dive deeper into topics and learn more about how my brain works. I definitely value my work with her!”
“I would highly recommend Brianna. I felt very safe and comfortable to share about complex and difficult topics, which allowed me to be myself in our sessions. What stands out the most to me is Brianna’s active listening and general warmth. I felt like my sharing was met with very helpful responses that furthered my own reflection and growth. Finally, I would recommend Brianna as a safe space for LGBTQ people.”
“Working with Brianna has helped lessen the burdens that I carried and has helped build my confidence in myself. Thanks to her warm presence and insight, I leave sessions feeling more at ease and assured that I can handle any issue.”

“Brianna was the best therapist ive had. I only stopped because I moved out of state. She helped me through so many difficult times and transitions and also helped me enjoy my progress. At the beginning of our time working together she said that she was excited to help me move into the time of my life where I could start to thrive instead of just surviving. It always stuck with me and she absolutely did that. She taught me so many different tools for understanding myself and for navigating real moments of distress that I use almost every day.”
“Brianna is a very caring clinician! I always left our sessions feeling like I had someone on my side. She was validating but honest, and I appreciated when she could give me an outside perspective that challenged my assumptions. Moreover, she has been a great listener, even when I felt I was spiraling.”
“Working with Brianna over the past four years has shown me that choosing her as my therapist was one of the best investments I could have made for myself. She created a space where I felt genuinely safe, seen, and able to open up in ways I never expected. Her ability to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and challenge some of my long‑held beliefs helped me understand myself more clearly and navigate life with greater confidence and clarity.
Brianna didn’t just give me tools — she taught me how to use them in my day‑to‑day life, and that has made a lasting difference. I’m truly grateful for the support and guidance she has provided throughout this journey.
Truly a 10/10 experience. I couldn’t imagine having a better therapist, and I’m deeply grateful for everything we’ve accomplished together.”
